Science is key to making the world better
We love science. Part of our ambition is making the world´s vast knowledgebase accessible in everyones day to day life . Solving this first problem of sub par leadership, Connection Game addresses the $7.8 trillion global cost of human complexity by giving gut feeling and experience an AI-driven mirror. Imagine all the frustration we´ll be able to avoid, and all the amazing solutions we´ll be able to build, when we understand each other.
In this particular setting we establish Amy Edmondsons research on psychological safety, the engine of high-performance, at our core. We also use Hallidays linguistic theories, in combination with AIs ability to draw on key research within psychology, leadership and teamwork. In combination with accountability we want to prove we can contribute to true momentum in ambitious teams. And beyond.

Meet the Team
We are highly dedicated to building an amazing product, to take it wherever there is a need for better human relations (everywhere?). From being colleagues back in 2012 at FINN, we pull together our zest for products, business, sales and psychology to make Connection Game happen. In May, we aim to welcome our new CTO. In August we want to get our first coach/psychologist onboard.
